Lucy Packer has agreed a new contract with Harlequins Women, keeping the England scrum-half at the club. The length of the deal has not been made public.
The 26-year-old has been with Harlequins since making her debut in 2018 and reached 100 appearances for the club earlier this year. Her club career already includes the 2021 Allianz Premier15s title, while her England record stands at 45 caps.
Packer’s renewal comes after a significant period at international level, with the scrum-half part of England squads that won the 2025 World Cup and the 2026 Six Nations. She indicated through the club that the 100-appearance milestone at The Stoop was a meaningful moment and that she is looking forward to playing there again next season.
Head coach Ross Chisholm described Packer as central to Harlequins’ plans, highlighting her composure and accuracy in the team’s approach. For editors, the key angle is how Harlequins build around an experienced club player whose profile has grown further through England success.
